Saovaros Rose Diehl-Hope, Chief Executive Officer

Saovaros "Rose" lifelong work with at risk children and families Saovaros Diehl-Hope has a long-standing passion for serving economically disadvantaged children in rural, remote and isolated communities.  From 1983 to 1998 she served as the Director of Operations and Executive Director of the former Childhelp, USA Family Services Center. Since 1983 Saovaros served as a national reviewer for Administration of Children and Families (ACF), Office of Head Start, conducting federal review of Head Start programs across the nation. She also served as one of 24 Non- Federal Review Team Leaders, leading review teams to conduct on site program reviews to ensure programs met the federal guidelines.  Because of her life work with families living in adverse conditions, seeing the effects of maltreatment and abuse on children coupled with overcoming cancer in 1998, Saovaros “Rose” became inspired to establish community based programs that would afford families living in adverse situations (i.e. poverty, lack of education/training, lack of parenting skills and lack of quality child care) with “A Center of Learning Excellence”.
