ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS For ENROLLMENT
Through funding by the California Department of Education, Early Care and Learning Division (ELCD) Title 5, and California Department of Social Services,, Renu Hope Foundation's "Centers of Learning Excellence" Preschool and School-age programs consists of one or more of the following Programs:

Part Day/Part Year Preschool (CSPP) is a 3 hour per day, minimum of 180 days of operation kindergarten readiness preschool program serving 3-5 year olds. The State Preschool (CSPP) program serves 4 year olds up to kindergarten age. Child Protective Services children will have priority for enrollment. When a program demonstrates it has exhausted all of its 4 to 5 year olds (non-kindergarteners), 3 year old children may be enrolled. The basis or eligibility is based the criteria above. There are no fees assessed to qualifying families.

Full day/Full Year General Child Care Center Based (CCTR) is a preschool program serving infants (6 weeks) up to 5 years of age. The General Center Based Child Care Program serves children ages 6 weeks to kindergarten age, 205 days per calendar year. Eligibility is based according to eligibility criteria. Based on family income and Family Fee Scale (California State Department of Education) a family may be assessed a daily fee for the days of services.

State Preschool Full Day (CSPP), is also a general child care program based on need and income eligibility, serving preschoolers (3-5 year olds). The minimum days of operation are 250 days per program year. The State Preschool Full Day Program (CSPP) serves children ages 3-5, 250 days per calendar year. Eligibility is based on documented need will be ranked according to the eligibility criteria. Based on family income and Family Fee Scale (State Department of Education) a family may be assessed a daily family fee for the days of services.

Migrant Center Based Child Care (CMIG) serving infants (6 weeks up to 24 months), toddlers (2-3 year olds) and preschoolers (3-5 year olds) a minimum of 150 days within the agricultural season (i.e. November to May). The General Center Based Migrant Child Care (CMIG) program serves children ages 6 weeks up to kindergarten age, 150 days per calendar year. Eligibility is based on the criteria above plus at least 50% of a family's income must be derived from agricultural based industry, inclusive of fishing and gaming, hatcheries, canneries the greatest documented need will be according to the eligibility criteria. Based on family income and Family Fee Scale (State Department of Education) a family may be assessed a daily family fee for the days of services.
Tuition Free to Qualifying Families: Pursuant to the Funding Terms and Conditions for (CCTR, CSPP, CLTK, CMIG, CSPP) families who meet the eligibility for child care services may be assessed a monthly rate as prescribed by the State Fee Schedule. Family fees are assessed based on the family's gross monthly income. Other circumstances my qualify a family exempt from a monthly fee but this is determined on information provided at time of assessment and enrollment.
Renu Hope Foundation are sponsors of the Child Care and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). The program provides nutritious meals to all enrolled children at no charge.
