INTAKE APPLICATION

All families must complete and sumbit an Intake Application in order to determine eligibility for enrollment in the program for both full day and part day services. Click on Icon below to download and complete the Intake Applicaiton.

Renu Hope Foundation participates with the Child Care and Adult Food Program (CACFP) to provide meal services for infants, toddlers and preschoolers enrolled in the program. Meal services provided to any infant, toddler or preschool students enrolled in the program will be free of charge.
